Would any of you guys recommend getting the transmission oil changed at Wal-Mart. The price for a filter and oil is 69.99 CDN and a full flush is 129.99. At Canadian Tire they are asking 110 for the filter and oil and 175 for a full flush. Which one would you guys recommend? Is it better to get it flushed?
Transmission fluid has a filter? I wasnt aware of that. Am I wrong?

Auto trannies have a filter. I'd say do it yourself, filter is udner $20 no matter where you buy your parts, and fluid can't run more than that again. So save $150 and do it at home. All you need really is a pan to catch the fluid in, new filter, and fluid.

Yes do it yourself, i thought it was gonna be hard unti i watched my friend do his and im gonna change mine as soon as i hit 30,000 miles. Those service shops are way overpriced you can do it yourself for under $40.
