Maybe you guys can answer whats wrong. When I engage my clutch the pedal doesnt realease smooth. Its like its catching on something. also when Ive got a load in my car and I get on the gas the clutch burns then catches (sometimes). Are these signs of a worn clutch? Thanks for your help.

Is it your stock clutch? Can you smell anything real funny when you think it's slipping? When you first slam into a gear when you're racing, do your RPM's climb up pretty high at the beginning of each gear, and then fall back to normal, and climb back up to redline as usual? More details please.www.fullthrottlev6.com THE SOURCE!

well from what you are saying initially it could just be a clogged or crimped hydraulic clutch line.. with the sticky engaging and disengaging.. good way to check for a clutch is to put the engine under load at a high gear, (like trying to climb a hill in 5th at 45 or 50 mph) and see what your rpms do.. if they surge up some and your speed doesn't increase then yeah your clutch is going... if this slipping is only happening during engaging/disengaging then you could have hydraulic problems or clutch going or both..-Brad
