I assume the SLP paddles are designed to work with the stock Zexel bolt. So all you really need to do is figure out if your stock open differential bolt is going to work on the Zexel.
I don't know for sure. But it should only take a half-hour to find out. Jack the rear of your car up, put a pan under the differential, pull the cover off and then take that bolt out. Try your bolt in the Zexel carrier and see if it screws into place and is the proper length. It has to go the whole way across that opening and into a hole on other side.
Then just replace the bolt on your open rear, bolt the cover back in place and refill the differential. Since you're going to put new stuff in there shortly I'd just reuse the old gear oil and put in new when you get your gears installed.
