what did you do? how did you do it? ive gone to two dealers both said they could fix it and then i get there and look at it and say no we dont know how. this is pissing me off, i am suppsoed to dyno saturdya but its gonna suck if my car tops out at 100 MPH

you have to have a VIN from a y87 of your year (if the gears you currently have are 3.42s). most dealers won't do it. call one and tell them exactly what i tell you about the VIN and then maybe they'll give you a straight answer. oh ya, gotta find the VIN too.

and if your gears are higher than that, you are pretty much SOL unless you want to toy with an over-priced jet scu2000.

ive got a VIN, and ive told them that i ahve one that they can use... i guess im talking to the wrong people. ill call around
