In the technical database for '99+ firebirds, it says SGS (second gear start) is standard on automatics. Is there a way to turn this on and off?

I have SGS, theres a switch for it next to my foglight switch. nope, sgs is REALLY different from tcs. second gear start (SGS), well, starts the car in second gear. we all know what traction control does. ive got a 2k with sgs. gosh, NOOB! (LMAO JK!!)
