Has anyone tried a Powertrax No-slip locker in there camaro's. It's the 400$ unit susposed to be quieter and less harsh when engaging and unlocking. I know theys have the cheaper lock-right but I don't like that unit. Any thoughts on this would be great. I already have a lsd in the garage, but don't plan on changing the gears and locker plus the cost of install and the hpp3 for gear change.

If the locker is 3-series, don't plan on running 3.08s with it (why would you even want to???).Matt

PS The selectable lockers Are Not available for the 7.5" 10 bolts that we have. Otherwise I would go in that direction.255/50R16 Tires, Pioneer Deck, Pioneer 4 Way speakers, PPI Amps, JL subs, Spec Stage 3 Clutch, Optima Yellow Top

Why do you want to keep the 3.08's yet want a locker? You are not going to be launching very hard with a 3.08 unless you have some serious power.2005 Cavalier LS Sport M5
http://members.cardomain.com/firefighter8615
