I have a 97 camaro rs, with a 5 speed, the syncros are going out and I would like to have it rebuilt, does anyone no of a place that I can have it rebuilt, and a little modifacations done to it, like different gear ratios?
any help that can be provide is greatly appreciated.

screw the rebuild it will cost more than a junkyard motor AND trans with less than 30k miles on it.
U can pick up a borgwarner t5 from www.tacreationsusa.com . I called them about a month ago and they said they got plenty of trannies with low miles. ranging from 200 to 600 bucks for the complete transmission

I got quoted $400 from TAcreations, not sure I shipping I was going to drive down and get it.
I got my current one from a junkyard for $320, had to turn in a core. Only had 10k miles on it.(or well so they say) shifted smoother then my last trans so I like it.
