  • Shift kit??

    How hard is it to put a shift kit in? I have a 96 Firebird A4

    Also how hard is it to change the gears? I want to change them from the stock 3.08 to 3.42-3.73

      I wouldnt recommend that you change the gears yourself, that requires some exact measuring. Leave it up to a professional to do that. I dunno how hard it is to put in a shift kit, but i dunno if u should if you dont know how hard it is to change gears...I would also recommend an LSD with the gears.

        shift kit isn't that hard if you are somewhat mechanically inclined but do not even touch the servo if you don't build transmissions for a living. I learned that the hard way($1600) lol

            Limited Slip Differential. It allows you to spin both tires.

              Install is easy on the shift kit, and servo isn't bad, just be carefull. Gears dont touch.... Andrew is that mario humping zelda?

                Don't waste your money on a shift kit. You won't get any gains from it. Use that money on something else. I wish I would have known that before I did mine.
