This may sound like a really dumb question but im confused-- i have 3.08s and im swapping in 3.42s, now i know that i have a 2 series carrier and i need a 3 series to do this, but what exactly is this thing? is it a part i have to buy b/c ive never seen it sold anywhere... im getting used gears and the $100 lsd from SLP along w/ the reluctor ring so i just wanted to figrure out if i need anything else.... thanks

I'm not really sure my self I have 3.23's right know and I just ordered the 3.73's and the lsd. From what I understand when you get the lsd it's a 3 series carrier and you have to have gears that are also 3 series or it want fit this much I do know.
