Is it bad to drive around town (speeds of 60MPH and less) and keep the car out of overdrive? BTW, I'm talking about an auto [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I usually keep it in overdrive just using the drive selection to get ahead. People say to keep it in overdrive to get better gas mileage but I only see it on the highway.Too many to list. -
If you are in stop and go traffic where you will be shifting in and out of 4th... that is between 3rd and fourth frequently, then you should put in in 3rd gear.
