      ebay, other fbody forums.

Just search for ls1 driveshaft, any year alum driveshaft will work for your car.

I'd search around ebay first. I got one from a 2002 camaro ss with less than 15 miles on it for $140.

well first of all its stronger..so that may save your legs from being cut off depending on how many horses you're running..but as far as ET ..im hoping to see .2 from my 10 pounder

I always thought the steel driveshaft was stronger?

A buddy of mine from whom I bought my rearend has a supercharged 96 WS6. He said he twisted several aluminum driveshafts before sticking with a steel one.

Yea steels I am pretty sure are stonger but you need a ton of torque and power to twist one. I can see a WS6 with a sc possibly needing the steel with that power and torque. For our cars though alum. is plenty.

Not trying to steal the thread, but a LS1 driveshaft would fit my 3.4? Or would I need an LT1?
