I found these gears they cost about 80 bucks the brand is called Richmond...never heard of it. Just wondering if any of you guys have. Thanks.

richmond is normally pretty pricey new but these guys really know what they are doing. My opinion is go for it!Comment

I have the GM Motive gears. I had my gears put in by a very reputable guy. He says that Richmonds and GM Motives always have some noise because they are made out of very hard metal. I'm like the Richmond guy above, they are not that noisy and can be covered up by the Radio.
