I am talking about the one w/ 3.73's, heavy-duty lsd, aluminum rear housing cover, gaskets, and bolts. this is like 750 bucks. Is this worth the money, or should I go w/ something else? I'm not too woried about gas mileage since my driving will be in town within 15 miles of home. Thanks for the help.

You don't need the cover, you don't need the heavy duty diff, you don't need the bolts. You can probably find the gears themselves cheaper. Gasket you can buy anywhere.
