  • Are the v8 and v6 tranny mounts the same?

I have a 96' Firebird with a M5 in it and the transmission mount is broke. I need to figure out where to get one online but I find only ones saying for LT1/LS1, but the strange thing is it says after you click on it, it says transmission mount for 67-02. There are a lot of motors and transmissions for those years. So will this one work in my car?

Its about half way down the list on there. Your input would be much appreciated.

They are all the same part number, if you notice, same part number and cost...

With the poly one you have to modify your crossmember, its not that hard as long as ou have something to do it with, I used a dremel.

If its $20 there, try autozone, I picked up one off the shelf at autozone for $24, likely the same cost of that one plus shipping and you still have to wait for it.
