squeaking when i press the gas or let off...

I know that's a little vague, anywho, wen i am driving down the highway(in any gear) if i let off the gas i hear a squeak, when i accelerate, i also hear a squeak...what is this? tranny mount? hopefully something simple...it only does this under these circumstances...

little more detail...where do you hear the squeak? in the engine bay, underneath near the tranny, at the gas pedal.

under the car, between tranny and rearend...kind of vague i know, any hints as to what it is? when i hold the shifter and let off the gas (it takes a squeaks a second later) i think i can feel the tranny move as it squeaks...right when i press the accelerator, it squeaks immediately. drives me nuts!!
