'96 Corvette ring and pinion, same size?

I have a chance to get a 3.73 gear ratio ring and pinion from a 1996 corvette for next to nothing. What I need to know is, will these fit? I've searched and can't find what rear end the corvette used in 1996. If anyone knows, please respond. Thanks in advance.

1997 Y87 Camaro with a motor and some stuff.

No it won't corvettes don't use the same rearend as us their's has independent suspension.

I know the rear-ends are different, I'm just wondering if the ring and pinion are the same size.
