I have a 1996 3.8 and I was wondering how I would know if a differential would work in my car? i know it is a 7.5 inch rear end but is there anything else I would need to know to make sure and get the right one if I was buying a used one? also where is the best place to look for a new one since the slp's are gone? thanks.

The mod encyclopedia is good but if you really want to get down and dirty then I reccomend Dominic's site. He's got an article with alot of compiled information that really helped me out.
