As stupid as this sounds maybe its the tires and the road.. A few days after i got me LSD in and was driving it i came down a road in particular and slowed down and there was a whining sound. I thought rear end immediatly but i think its the tires and the road. cause it only does it on certain roads and not very often..
if its not that id say hit up the dealer before the magic number 36,000 :D

So it's quiet on acceleration and whiny on slow down? Does the whinning vary with speed of slow down? Hitting the breaks hard, lightly, letting it coast, all different tone? If so then it's probably the gears. Looks like the coast side of the gears is not aligned anymore. Causes? Hmmmm If it was the bearings then I don't see why there is no noise on acceleration. If you don't come up with anything I'd do this. Take out the differential and check if there is any fore-aft movement on the pinion itself. Don't worry, you will not have to align anything. Check my sig for more detail on removing/installing/checking the gear pattern. Maybe your break pads are causing this? Check front and rear. First check the breaks since it's much easier, then go after the rear end. Too bad I can't hear that noise or I would tell you right away if it's gear whine.

Well I took it to the dealer today James ur right. I had the car in about lil while ago for a rear leak and to install a shift kit. Well it looks like the never filled it back up to where it was suppose to be (DUMBA$$es) My rear is toast, They said the probelm didnt arise until I took the car for a long trip hence the trip to the shore hour each way. So my car is the shop get a fresh set of 342's. Ill have it back ASAP since they F'ed up.
But thanks u guys for ur help.
