  • I forget formula for correct speedo reading

I remember reading a formula to find out how off your speedometer will be with larger tires and or different gears... And I am curious how much my speedo is going to be off with my 275/35zr18s in back.... Thx..

      Tire Size Calculator

This one is pretty good because it also shows you visually the difference in size as well as the % affect on the speedo.

wow, so it wont really change it at all according to this calculator. Right now I have 245-55-16s and the 275-35-18s will be reading 2% faster than I am actually going. Sound right to you?

That is correct We did the same thing on our tires and it is accurate.
Now how off will my speedo be if I change from 3.08 to 3.42 if my sppedo is already reading 2% faster?
