• B&M Ripper or Pro 5.0 shifter

What are you guys opinions. The benefit with the pro 5.0 is I can get a shorter shifter. But according to the review guide, the Ripper has a firmer feel to it. What do you guys think?

I have the ripper shifter, no complaints, also very tight. My local speed shop also recommended it, mostly all they have been selling lately.

      RIPPER!!!!!

Badest shifter for the T5 around, Best one for it too... Nothing compares, I've driven Hurst/Pro5's before and its way better :D

You can drive mine when you come up. :D

Another vote for the Ripper! Haven't driven any others, but such an improvement over stock!

Pro 5.0 all the way, ripper is not a bad choice though. Does the ripper have a removeable stick?

            EDIT:

            http://www.thunderracing.com/index.c...ategoryid=1101

Well from the looks of this page, the ripper is a 1 peice stick, so its not removable, not that thats a huge deal. But looking at both those pics, the Pro 5.0 looks a lot beefier, glad I went with it.

I originally bought a Ripper and sent it back 3 days later in exhange for the Hurst shifter. Short sticks ROCK!
