I know this kid who has a 91 Mustang 5.0 and he has a T5 tranny in it. He has a pro 5.0 shifter in it and he is selling the shifter now. Will that shifter fit on my 97 firebird?

NO! Different tranny, sorry dude. But the Pro 5.0 for the 82-92 Firebird T5 T-speed is the same for us (should read 82-2002). I have it and like it, klick-klack.
