First thing, That is a reserve auction. Meaning that he will not sell the item for less then a predetermined price. The reserve is a set price that he wants for the item. If the heading says "reserve NOT met", then the price you entered is not enough to pay for the item. I'm guessing that his reserve it set somewhere near $250 and up. You can bid $1, but it has not met the reserve price that the seller wants, and the auction ends without a buyer.sigpicComment
