    pretty much says it, which should i get? i know the poly one has some modification with it but which i better to use? i heard the poly ones vibrate
    SLP CAI, RK Sport headers, P&Ped heads and intake, GT2 cam, Upgraded valvetrain, Z28 rear axle with 4.10s Tx Spd tune, Z06 rims, 2.5\" exhaust to flowmaster, 160* thermo, B&M ripper, upgraded ignition, rockford fosgate 12\" with sony xplode amp and HU.

    the poly ones do vibrate; searching people's comments on that fact would be helpful.

    your trans x-member will require very light modification.

    mine vibrated excessively for 3-4 days but it subsided with every mile that i traveled. it's been about 6 months and now the vibration is completely gone; this mod in conjunction with an aftermarket shifter make you car feel like... some car other than a camaro. i wish i had done it a long time ago. it sounds kind of hokey but it returned the performance feel i had been missing.

    lastly, it's only $20.

      well, i like the energy suspension parts, however i do not have it on my bird as of yet but i do have it on my jeep and i bet the hell out of that thing off roading and the transmount is still holding so, in my opinion its good stuff

      like rally said tho if you do a search u should find a few post relating to energy suspension
