Hey, I just got the spec 3 the other day. I will be putting it in this morning. If the rain here decides to hold up for a little bit, :rolleyes: I will let you know in a couple of days. -
Hes asking about the flywheel not the clutch.
SPEC makes some good clutches I can't see why there flywheel wouldn't be the same.1999 Pontiac Trans Am M6 Far from stock.....

I was wondering if it was worth the money for a lighter stronger flywheel.
Or is it like the difference between a Carbon Fiber driveshaft and an aluminum. An upgrade but the amount of money for it does not justify buying it.Comment

I think I might get my clutch, and lsd installed for $500 labor, and the cost of the clutch...
So maybe $800-900 spec stage 2(seems to be around $370) and install of clutch and lsd.Comment

I know checking up on the guy... ITs form a car club I knwo a few people in the club and hang out on their boards he might be giving me a little bit of a deal. And I kind of like the fact that he is doing it.. because chains won't install parts that are not theirs, and aftermarket places really don't work on v6s...Originally posted by viper04af:

don't worry not getting a flywheel... Not gopnna spend money on something I don't really see as beneficial and no one can give me info on...
so not worth the money, I am already going MORE in debt with the clutch(this is the worst debt I have ever had :eek: )
time to work some more hours and get it paid off in like a month or so.
