1pc Alum DRs' What size?

So, I have a 98 5spd, I have been looking around on ebay for an aluminum 1pc.

Any suggestions as to which one I need?

What about the yokes? If it came from an auto or a 6spd is that going to make a diff

I have made a lot of money in my life, most of which I spent on cars and women.The rest I have blown.
