    in thinking that T5s from all year 4th gens are the same(behind the bell hosuing)

    Like I coudl take a tranny off of any years T5 and hook it up to the bellhousing of my 94 3.4L and it will work?

    I am pretty sure, 3rd gen trannies do not work do to mechanical and electronic speed sensors [img]smile.gif[/img]

    I am pretty sure all GM t-5's have been the same since 1982 in f bodys.

      I would assume input shaft lengths are different.

        I know third gens had mechanical speedometers vs. 4th gens electronic ones (VSS).

        As for imput shaft anyone else have info on this?
