I just got my LSD and 373's installed. They are sweet, I went from 342's to 373's and there is alot more pull. I took my old factory wheels and bolted them on the back to check out the posi...I can leave some bad marks now. There is nothing like leaving TWO thick black marks instead of one.
By the way, do any of you guys know a way to make the rubber that gets stuck on your rear bumpercover not stick so bad, is there somthing that I can spray on it to keep it from sticking so bad???

You could use like cooking spray but in the summit catlog they have something called burnout guard that prevents it

Do you have an A4 or an M5? if it's an A4, I was just wondering how much the shifts are off and stuff. Do you think it's necessary to reprogram shift points, or does it still pull to a nice shifting rpm?

I don't knotice that the shift points are off, my car still pulls like it did before just alot harder to 60. My spedo is off, but it has been since I put TA 150mph guages in it.

If you've been driving on 3.42's for awhile, and then switch to 3.73's, it's not going to be a huge difference that you can feel.
Maybe it feels better because of the LSD you got installed

i think ur full of it myself, going from 3.42 to 3.73 is a .33 revolutions per turn gain and from 3.08 to 3.42 is .34, a whole .01 difference, if its not much difference then how the hell do people that go from 3.08 to 3.42 see so much gain????????i bet it feels way faster

good for you, where did you get the LSD and 3.73's from... i'm looking to do the exact same thing... but i've got an M5 with 3.23's right now, so i think it'll be even more difference for me
anyway, if you could tell me where you got them, and how much, i'd appreciate it

I never said there was a GHUGE difference, but I can feel a defference, I know that the LSD made it feel better especially during launch, but I can tell a difference when I step on it to pass like going under 45, when it shifts it really does pull harder.
