Adding Posi - will this fit?

Hello all. I was searching around on Ebay and found this POSI unit for sale:

Would this fit my 3.4 V6 with 3:23 gears? From what I have read it will but I wanted to double check. Also would I need to add anything else? I am considering upgrading my gears to 3:42 or 3:73 also, would this work with that. Is there anything else I would need with this? Any thoughts on any of this would be appreciated. It looks like a pretty good deal. Thanks!

no, you have 28 spline axles, that one says for 30 spline
