my friend has a manual 98 trans am and he said i can have his posi. im not to sure what posi is to be exact and will it help me. can i drop that in my car he said i can take it for $50. i plan on gettin a torque conv. will the posi interfear with that.

I think a posi is almost a must for a sports car. I just can't stand one legged burnouts. Anyway what it does is spin both rear tires. right now you have an open rear end. if you do a burnout only one tire will spin though sometimes both will. 50 is an ok price I guess, a true friend will give it to you for less. :D
