  • Tranny Brake?

Hey folks. Been reading for about a month now, just got approved a day or so ago. Look forward to yakking with you all.

Anyhow, my first question, after doing a search...

What are your feelings on a transmission brake? Do any of you auto drivers use them? Do you recommend one? Or not? And why? After a brief discussion with my old man the other day, he swears up and down that I should have one to help with the launches. I'm not so sure I agree.

These are the thoughts the keep me awake at night. ;) Lately, anyhow.

**After a brief web search, finding more answers to my questions. However, I'm still interested in everyone's views.
