Yes why? A trans brake wouldn't be wise unless you are building an all out drag car.Comment

If you get a transbrake, you need a big converter to take advantage of it. I was thinking about building it up as an all out drag car.
Now that you mentioned it Wickedsix, your right, I wouldnt be able to race in the footbrake class. I would have to race in the Top ET which runs less than 7.00 in the 1/8th.
