it is a take-off meaning when the Z's and the trans ams come in to be turned into ss's and firehawks, they take out these differentials and put better one's in.

in other words, these are great lsd's--you'd pay about $400 for one normally.

So if i bought this differential with my 3.08s and no dif i have now, i will get both tires to spin? and will have the differential, just with sucky 3.08's is this true? Also how much is install on something like this.

your car aint gonna spin em with 3.08s in there, i cant even do it in a 99 3.8 with 3.42's, they do help A LOT on that flat spot between the top of first and till about 60, i paid 125 for my install but that was just bc i knew the dude, look for somewhere north of 200, but you get what you pay for, and this is something that cant be off
