Inside your glovebox is a "build" sticker. This has all the GM codes used on your car. For gears, you want to look for a GU code.
Then, go here: http://tech.firebirdv6.com/RPOcodes.html
And decode what you have. You might want to decode the rest of your "build" to see what other things went into your car.
