For the most part it just reads 0 when I'm moving... Whenever I hit a bump or on a bumpy road it will fling into action all over the place like it's trying to reactivate itself... Whats wrong here?

Whats a VSS? Is that the wire from the PCM to the Trans or the Connection where it meets the Trans?

I often have to hit my gauge cluster to get the speedo needle to work again. Then it generally works for a couple weeks, then randomly goes to zero again. Then I hit it, and it's back.

Captain Obvious says it might be a faulty gauge cluster. Buy a new one from www.tacreationsusa.com. Come on, you know you've always wanted the V8 speedometer anyway.

How hard is the install and more important, do I have to recalibrate my system if I upgraded to a V8 speedo? Im thinking it would be a nice lil touch later, just curious about these 2 things.

Well it jitters about when I'm driving and when I'm doing 50 or under it just sits on 0. I can hit a bump and it will bounce about close to what I'm doing but nothing more so it doesn't always sit on 0...

What I want to know is could I have screwed something up while I was installing LED's in that center console?

Also could it be the Speed sensor in the tranny? from what I HEAR is if it's messed up you won't beable to get out of 1st with an A4... I've beenable to get out of 1st pretty clean and well...
