• Getting flywheel off...

Right now i am in the middle of my clutch install. I have the car jacked up with the tranny out of the car but i am having a hard time getting the flywheel off. I tried using a screw driver on one of the teeth to hold it still...but that ain workin' for me. I tried to get a special tool or something but napa doesnt have anything. You guys have any suggestions???

They have tools to hold the flywheel while you remove or torque the bolts. Look around at other parts stores.

I got mine off on my truck with pure old american muscle...if theres no nuts holdin it in you gotta wiggle the fugger out. it takes work but you gotta do what you gotta do.
