i need converter suggestions from people who have them or have some knowledge about them

my car is 2000 Camaro W/ 3.42's and Zexel posi
it is NA and will stay that way
right now the car is runnin 14.80 @ 90 MPH on 2.04 60's. the car is daily driven and will be for the next few years. I am thinkin about a cam down the road but not for a long time. Ultimate goal for the car is to run low 14's NA and spray the car into the 12's.

i was thinkin the Yank3000 would work, i have also been told that i could get a super thruster 3200. its not listed on there site but its basically the ST3500 but tuned down a bit

i need some serious input from those with converters. Yank is having a 10% off and free shipping during the month of May so id love to take advantage of that

    thanks

    Jeff

You want to run low 14s NA and then spray it? PI 3200 or Super Thruster 3500. They should knock off .4 to .5 off your 1/4 mile if you get nittos and launch it good.

What mods do you have now?

Oh yeah, 2000+ have looser stock converters so you might have slightly less gains.

            my mods are :

            -Fast Toys Ram Air
            -Whisper Air Lid
            -160* thermo
            -SLP Fan Switch
            -Catco 3 inch cat
            -3 inch S pipe
            -3 inch dynomax catback
            -Zexel Posi

i want to get into the 14.3 and 14.4 range with the converter, after i get numbers im happy with i want to spray it to get into the 12's...although this wont happen for a year or so..much the same way keith did it

i have a yank 3000 torque thruster. i love it. i can cut a 1.9 60ft on street tires. i do however think that my topend is slightly killed, not by that much though. i thinking 2-3 mph.. i also run a 75 shot and the converter responds very weel to it. once i get my nitto's i know this converter will give 1.7 60ft times.

I have decided on the 3200 as my converter. the converter is not listed on Yank's web page but can be built for me like James got a converter built for him.

i will be callin yank tomorrow i guess to get the exact specs and then place my order in a few days

                      any objections?

all my 60ft times are n/a. i like it alot. there is plenty of torque off the line and up till around 65mph.
my topend is kinda of ****ty, but i think it has to do with the weather and my tuning... oncce i get autotap i'll know for sure
