Well I installed new gears and LSD today. It was a Zexel-Torsen rear end out of a 2000 Z28 i got off ebay. My question is what holds the C clips for the axles in. There's no pin like my old carrier and I was wondering if I am missing a part. I have a 97 RS. Thanks

yea your missing a part then. The pinion shaft is what keeps the axles from sliding back into the carrier and holds the c clips snug in place. The Zexel Torsens pinion shaft is more like a brick looking thing but does the same thing. If you look on my homepage you can seea pic of all of the stuff you need and the pinion shaft is pictured to.
