aight, clutch is in and working just like it should, but i was curious about opinions from other CFDF owners.
anybody find that no matter what they say about smooth operation and stock pedal feel, the clutch chatters and feels sort of heavy? i've only got about 100 miles on it so far and i'm guessing the chatter will go away eventually.
Give it time. Practice in a parking lot. You will get used to letting the clutch out differently. Mine didnt really go away until about 750 or so miles.
ugh, i knew that was coming... i'm not on the spec train with everybody else.
hopefully i don't end up eating those words
i drove it about 160 miles today trying to break it in before track night friday; i think it's just sort of like the poly trans mount. the more time you give it, the better.
i have about 600 miles on mine and it chatters a bit if you don't rev it high enough. i just rev it a little bit higher to get over that problem.
other than that pedal feel is lighter than stock.
