OK, so I finally went in to get a new clutch since mine was shot. My mechanic found some interesting stuff. Apparently someone who didn't know much about cars tried to put in a twin plate racing clutch. Too bad they put the plates on backwards or something. As a result the seals inside it were all messed up, I was leaking tranny fluid all over the place, and my flywheel had to be resurfaced today. It was a good thing I got it replaced sooner rather than later, or my flywheel could have been badly damaged beyond repair. And all this time my stupid dad was telling me I don't know how to drive stick.
The new racing clutch is in there CORRECTLY now (got it from a custom clutch shop, probably the same kind that was in it before), but one of my coils burned out. So now I have to special order another Accel super coil for my car. At least after this I'll have a working car again, and I'll be able to put power to the wheels without slipping!!!
What's funny is that even with all that stuff bad I ran my friend in his 94 Mercedes E420 with the V8 and had him to 90MPH.
