does anyone know if 3.42 gears off a 2000 trans am will fit into a 1999 firebird without a lsd

y not buy the LSD and do them together? you have to buy a new carrier, just get the LSD and grears from the trasam.....www.turbov6camaro.com

ok so i found and lsd off a trnas am its a 3 series could i used that to put in the 3.42 and have no problem also i can get it for 75 it that good its off a 2000 trans am so it should fit1999 Firebird 3.8 Chamelon<br /><br />MagnaFlow Catback<br /><br />DevonComment

yes that will work, long as its 10.5 inch LSD for F-body they will work together, but i would have it installed buy a pro or your gears will make noisewww.turbov6camaro.com
