OK I have 245/50's on my car. So I have 3.42's stock and i just need to set my tire size at?????????????????????????????????????????????

50's on a 16 inch rim are 25.6 inches tall.

plug in your tire size and it will make speedometer corrections for you for changing tire sizes.

this one could qork for what you need I guess, just would take some trial and error plugging in tire sizes to get the same speedo output with the different gear ratio.

what I need is to know is ,what tire size do I tell the hypertech I have to corect for the gears.

you'll have to plug your old information into that calculator and see what speed you should see in each gear, then plug your new gear ratio into it, and try different tire sizes until the speeds it gives you match ( or closely match) the speeds given for your stock gears/tire size.

I plugged a couple numbers in real quick earlier, and 285/50/16 got it pretty close if I remember right.
