how expencive is it to change your diff

i want to change my diff and my gears to a z-t diff and 3.73 gears and correct my speedo and shift points, how expencive will it be to get that done done

absolutely!! all the other mods are worthless if you cant hook up with the pavement.

You're better off with 3.42 gears and having your PCM flashed to Y87 VIN to get accurate RPO GU6. The Jet unit does not work and will give you erroneous transmission fault codes. Flashing will cost under $100 and the 3.42 gears are a great compromise between low end torque and highway economy.

just got limited slip put in for 200$ by the way always tell the mechanic you will be paying in cash if possible that way he doesnt have to report it on his taxes therfore cheaper for you

Save yourself $200 and put the carrier in yourself. It's not difficult at all, if you can follow instructions and have a basic tool set there's nothing to it. Changing gear sizes on the other hand is more difficult, and done improperly can put your rear out of commission.

DrFix2Fly where can you go your pcm flashed for under $100? all i have seen is $400 plus $175 core
do the 3.73s really hurt your mpg compared to the 3.42s also what is the top speed of 3.73s
one more thing will i loose my cruise control with 3.73
