Okay, let me explain what's been going on...
I instlled the posi disk rear back in july, ever since then I have been hearing a LOUD chirp coming from the rear wheels everytime they turned. Whenever I hit the brake, it went away. So it was only chirping when the brakes weren't applied. I bought new rotors...still chirped. I bought rebuilt calipers...still chirped. I bought high perf brake pads...still chirped. Then, I decided to change the axles. Bada-Bing! Problem solved. Turns out the axles were sligtly bent. Luckily I still had the old drum brake rear in my garage, so te axles were a direct fit. Also, the center pin that held both rear axes in place was extremely hard to get out and re-install. I basically had to take a hammer and tap it out, and then tap it back in place when the axles were back in. I thought it was supposed to just slide out once the hold down bolt was removed?
Oh well, it's running without noise, so I'm happy again.
