Our Summit rear differential cover is not only tough, it's cool looking too. Cast from premium 356 aluminum and heat-treated, the heavy duty cover comes with hardened bearing cap support studs, ARP stainless steel 12-point cover bolts, a magnetic 3/8 in. fill plug, and a gasket.

Sold as a kit.

thats still alot of money for something that does so little. sure that may help a bit but if your launching that hard a diffy cover isnt going to help.

save that money and get something that will make a difference

I just got around to ordering one of these. It should make future changes a little easier with the drain and fill plug.

Can anyone verify how much diff fluid is needed?

Buy 3 quarts, you'll use 2 or a little more.

Update: Installed the rear girdle and looks great. Should be easy to drain and fill now in the future.

The Royal purple in the rear and end in the tranny made a difference. The car actually shifts smoother, AND has a slight increas in gas mileage. heh heh. Go figure!
