my friend has an 87 2.8l camaro. he's got a nice B&M shifter in the car, but that's the only good thing about it. he's parting the car out, and i want the shifter. thing is, i'm not sure if it'll fit in my car, and if so, how i'll do it. anyone got suggestions?

it wont fit. you can go look on the B&M web site and look at the shifter, and they give you a list of fitting tansmissions. our transmission is never mentioned -
