I didn't look at what you have.

But the Firebirds are made to shift a little softer at normal RPM ranges. The computer makes them firmer at WOT, obviously. But the Camaro's are locked in "performance mode" all the time. That comes down to the computer tuning. A hypertech, or B&M electronic shift improver will firm them up. But nothing like a regular, mechanical shift kit and the fore said 'Vette Servo.

Bliggida is half right. The computer controls the shift firmness in all the 4L60E's... it firms them up at higher throttle. All those electronic shift improvers just increase the line presure to the WOT setting at part throttle. That way you "feel" the firmer shifts.

Ohh man, you cannot be serious Bliggy. Where on earth do you come up with this material? Is there some book on cool sounding things that are absolutely made up about f-bodies? Did you write it? This is truly rediculous, but absolutely hilarious at the same time, Biggy continuing to bring down the level of this place with misinformation and just plain ignorance.

jamie dont act like a tard.. do they V8 cars come with the different servo? yes. do the corvettes? yes then why would the servo hurt your trans but be good for theres. when there are only little minor differences between the two..ie the servos and accumulator. you can find a better way to spend 30 bucks but if you are looking for the to mod then this prolly is ok

obviously you didn't read what i said. so now you look like the "'tard." i said, i bought the expensive one, the 65$ one. thats what the guy at the dealership sold me.

but what you did say made sense. so thanks.

your problem is that you drive a firebird... so its not always in performance mode unfortunalty. i guess we both should have bought camaros
