" the tranny's strating off in second gear in drive only not reverse and after i hit 20 i get a slight bump and it works fine "
Your description is very lacking.
Does this mean you have no reverse and 1st? When you hit 20 you all of a sudden have first and reverse? So it only starts off with no first or reverse but then you get up to 20 and stop and it's all fine?
If you have a 2nd gear start(in drive range) then your forward clutch sprag assembly has been installed backwards.

Dom i start off in second and lack severe power i feel a slight bump (knock) at 20 like the tranny has picked up full power and it works fine. I have a friend who works for ford rebuilding transmissions. So we are dealing with it , it's alot cheaper.
We havn't taken it apart for we have no codes, everything works fine reverse operation is fine in every aspect. We at first thought a pressure solonoid but have no idea.My new ride 2000 camaro, No mods yet still waiting for warranty to run out then all out heads, cam, and supercharger

1'st doesn't exist the only thing we can come to conclude it's electrical or in the valve body. However have no way of knowing we didnt; thro any codes. And scanner didnt; pick anything up. teh pressure feels like it picks up at 20. If i have first it's nto noticable there was someone who had this problem and said they replaces a presure solonoid and fixed it but we have no idea hwo to tell if it's badMy new ride 2000 camaro, No mods yet still waiting for warranty to run out then all out heads, cam, and supercharger

did you ever check the SGS idea that I mentioned in your first post? You could use a voltmeter on the indicator light part of the setup and check if it is active, since your symptoms are very similar to the performance I was experiencing when I had the SGS hooked up.

You said that in his last post and I stated that I had set it up on my 3.4, and gave directions on how to do it. I don't know if it was an option during ordering, but it is in the PCM and can be wired up.
