Hey, I have a 94 firebird and I was wondering if I could get it changed over to a manual. I dont know if thats possible but it would be nice. I really dont want to have to buy a new motor or anything that high in price. The motor I have now is a formula v8 firehawk.

Yes, it is certainly possible. You will need a t56 transmission and belhousing from a v8 Camaro or Trans Am. Don't get it confused with a T5 from a Firebird or v6 Camaro. Some other parts you'll need: Clutch, pedals, linkage cables, center console from a manual firebird or camaro, shifter, and probably something else but I can't remember.
If you're not a very good do-it-yourselfer you might get in over your head. Most shops will charge an arm and a leg to do the swap. If you look hard you can find someone who did the swap on here. I'm almost positive it was for a v6 car though, so some things will be different.1998 A4 Pontiac Firebird
