How many of you guys have worn out your poly mount? My car makes a popping noise when I downshift real hard or accelerate real hard. The shifter moves quite a bit also. I thought these things were supposed to be good...

check your bolts on make sure there still tight. Take a look.1999 Pontiac Trans Am M6 Far from stock.....

believe it or not, mine JUST started doing that also. My shifter has been moving more than normal after a night i had of heavy racing.
I havent checked it yet, but it is an energy suspension poly on there now.
I have to look when i find some time.

Only way to find out is take the biatch off and look.
