I was thinking about getting an aftermarket trans cooler. becuase whenever my trans gets really hot after driving around for a while it starts to slip.. and i was wondering if i got a better trans cooler if that would help. Whats the stock cooler specs? and would this one below work?
yea i know.. just until i can get my tranny fixed.. even tho i know theres many f-bodies that have had this same problem.. wish there was a recall on it or something.. but then again for that to happen 1000 people would have to have been in a car accident

Is it a P1870? You might be interpreting no lockup as a slip condition (your PCM does as well), when it's a real easy fix - $300 at the tranny shop, a sonnax valve and sleeve later, and you'll be all set to go.
